All of our beliefs are executed on an auto-pilot program within us, referred to as the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is an incredibly powerful program that can run every aspect of our life automatically and without any need for conscious input.
These accepted orders will then be carried out by the subconscious mind consistently and precisely, irrespective of whether or not they benefit us. The most important thing we must know is that the subconscious mind is subjective in nature and takes things literally. This means that it cannot logically reason or distinguish between positive and negative language. The potential of our subconscious mind may be limitless but potential alone can be more detrimental than useful when the programs being carried out are negative. If one knows how to work with their own subconscious mind, they can end the sufferings in their lives and become creators of joy. To bring new perceptions into the subconscious mind and to achieve measurable results, the help of a professional guide with specific training in the area of subconscious core beliefs is usually needed, where often decades of struggle can be ended within a few hours.
Sometimes, you may wonder as to why we do the things we do. For example, why do we say that we want to lose weight and then we eat the way we absolutely know we shouldn’t, or say we are going to lose weight and then we don’t exercise? It is because of the difference between logic and belief. The conscious mind is our logical mind. Our logical mind, for instance, knows that we shouldn’t do a certain thing, but we may still do it anyway. People who have alcohol, anger, obsession, trust, or similar problems know that logically what they are doing is not good for them, and there is no reason or benefit in continuing to do it, and yet they do it. Sometimes we do things because of emotional reasons and then we justify our action with logic. Have you ever noticed that often our stories end up the same way over and over? Why is it that we create relationships that lead to the same ending as our previous relationships, or that we attract the same type of people around us over and over? The reason we have the same decision-making patterns in our lives is that these patterns all stem from our subconscious mind working based on the exact same programs.
As a result, not surprisingly, we receive the same outcome from our actions. In our subconscious mind, our strongest link is also our weakest link, because as mentioned above, it cannot distinguish the positive from the negative. Just as we become better in different aspects of our lives over the years, some of our limited beliefs which cause us pain also become stronger. This pain may force us to find out who we are as a person, and we may find ourselves asking why we are in the same situation despite our best efforts. We feel the discomfort or pain because what we need is different from what we want. The longest and hardest life challenges we face are getting to know ourselves, knowing who we really are, what we really want, and what we really need. The journey of finding ourselves–to explore our essence, and to discover our true self under the dust of limiting beliefs–is a process.
Through this process, we enable ourselves to read between the lines, put things in a better perspective and find
the real meaning of events so that life doesn’t happen to us, it happens for us. In this journey, instead of seeing the life events merely in a linear and logical manner, we see the meaning of events and therefore we find our greatness, rather than our weakness–this is a spiritual journey. To be able to see the negative beliefs and their effects on us, and to make positive choices and change our lives for the better, we must realize that we are not restricted to our limited beliefs and spontaneously start healing the pain and suffering. Healing is not a quest to solve mysteries and change past events but to learn how to live within them. Dwelling on the pain, in fact, is a type of self-inflicted pain, a self-flagellation in which your consciousness is always focused on weaknesses and never on recovery.
Human nature is designed to seek a means of healing, and when we don’t we continue to suffer. At any point in your life when you realize you have an illness in yourself, be it physical, mental, or emotional, it is a sign that your spiritual journey has started. It’s time and a sign to question your thoughts or beliefs, know who you really are, and stop seeing yourself through the lens of limitations.

The following are samples of testimonials for my work in transforming subconscious beliefs:
“Giti’s therapy method for fear of heights has worked wonders for me. I am no longer limited by the paralyzing fear that would flood me. I put the therapy to the test immediately after my session and repeatedly climbed the open staircase to a train bridge. For the first time, I was able to see the view, previously I would stare straight ahead. Since then I have travelled and enjoyed many activities that previously I would not have considered doing. Now I can truly enjoy the adventures I would like to pursue. Thank you Giti.”
“Giti is wise and brilliant. I was learning so much about myself resolving my problems one after another. Why I was doing the things that I did, the self-sabotaging patterns of my life were reversed to create a nurturing life, and as a result, my health increased, and I learned from her to be balanced emotionally. I am a big fan and she improved my life enormously in all aspects–personal, career, and marriage–with her coaching program one year ago. I love Giti!”
