“12 Key Steps to Build High Confidence” – The Master Key to Your Power

I was raised in a loving and supporting family. My mom used to tell me that the biggest gain in life is to embrace any opportunity to learn, while lack of a desire to learn is the root of all evil. So I grew up with a belief that learning was my highest value. I started grade one at the age of five, almost half-way through the school year. They accepted me because my second older sister had taught me to read and write before going to school. In a way, my sister was practicing her role as a teacher and I was practicing my role as an enthusiastic student. She was a very inspiring teacher who aspired me to believe I was a fast learner, and I inspired her to believe she was a good teacher. Luckily, she got to practice her real future job with me and I continue to view myself as

a life-long learner.

12 KEY STEPS TO BUILD HIGH CONFIDENCE. THE MASTER KEY TO

YOUR POWER.

As I grew up, I was fascinated with individual personality differences. If someone had asked me who I wanted to be when I was older, I would have said that I wanted to be someone who can make a change in people’s lives. I had a dream to be able to read the pattern of people’s behavior and find a magic way to direct them towards success. I was always curious as to what made some people be happy and have a fulfilled life. I was wondering how they thought and what made them different from others. Psychology was in my view like the studying of magic because all of our power is in our mind. I feel lucky that I began to study psychology, so I understood what a great dream it was like by starting to live it.

From the beginning, I did not see psychology as another area of study, but as following my dream. As I went on, I was even more amazed by the scope of psychology and throughout my years of its study, research, and practice, I explored its various capacities. I started my bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology, my master’s in educational psychology and counselling, and continued with extensive training in new-age psychology. These include numerous certifications such as with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association, certified medical intuitive, certified trainer of hypnotherapy with the American Board of Hypnotherapy, certified trainer of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) with the American Board of NLP.

I have a never-ending passion for studying psychology. To this day, I continue my learning, because of the immense joy and fulfillment I find in helping others become their best. I want to learn more so I can help more people. My burning desire to learn and contribute to others, took my journey to share what I have learned with a larger audience. I felt it was time for me to share my experience with others which inspired me to write this book.

What excites me the most about psychology is the investigation, observation, and understanding of solutions that can lead to defining key concepts of success or fruitful thinking that make people healthy, happy, and satisfied. I have been fortunate to be able to perform profound and long-lasting changes in my clients’ lives, including overcoming stuttering or phobias, frequently within one session. Watching such positive effects fills me with inspiration and pride, and I hope that I can help people more and more people and create rapid results in their lives.

I believe one of the real meanings of life for any person is to find his or her passion, to follow the passion to develop his/her gifts and to help others to do the same for themselves. I wrote this book to share what I know and as a gift to those who:

1. are long life learners,

2. are looking for direction in their lives,

3. are on the path of growth and self-discovery,

4. are pursuing goals, or

5. want to reach the next level of their lives, and

6. want to find their power.
